What Is Toto? To Make Use Of It

TOTO Toilets Help Consumers Navigate the New Normal

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about a new norm to the lives of many people. TOTO is leveraging its technology to help consumers navigate this New Normal.

Kaisen, or "perfection" is a cultural concept that is the driving force behind the Japanese company Toto. Their newest toilet, the WELLNESS TOILET is equipped with advanced sensing technology to aid in consumer wellness.

Water Sense Technology

WaterSense-labeled fixtures for plumbing are EPA-approved and help conserve energy and water while providing a safe, reliable performance. TOTO USA is proud to be among the first companies to earn a WaterSense label for our EcoPower flush valves as well as commercial flushometer toilets.

Our Aquia IV dual-flush toilet is a great example of a high-efficiency bathroom fixture. It requires only 1.28 gallons of water per flush. This is less than 1.6 Gallons needed to meet EPA standards. The Aquia IV features TOTO TORNADO FLUSH technology that reduces the frequency of cleaning bowls and the requirement for additional flushes.

Installing a showerhead that is low-flowing will cut down on the amount of water that you use for washing or bathing. Our high-efficiency showerheads are WaterSense certified and come with the latest technology to ensure superior performance and ease of use.

Limiting the use of water is crucial in a world of frequent water shortages. TOTO's EcoPower technology, which is found in our Aquia IV toilet and our NEXUS one-piece toilet helps reduce the amount of water we use by using just 1.28 gallons per flush to remove waste.

TOTO's elongated toilets are EPA certified for high efficiency. The elongated toilets come with an elongated or round basin and an ADA-compliant 17-19 inches height. We also have an elongated, compact toilet which is ideal for tight spaces and only uses 0.9 gallons per flush.

TOTO's bidet wands are the industry's most popular for both office and home use. They're not just a cost-effective alternative to toilet paper, they're also more effective, as they offer a complete body cleanse that makes you feel refreshed and confident. The NEXUS Bidet is made using our EWATER+ Technology, which is created by electrolyzing tapwater into the form of a solution containing sodium chloride ions. This creates an effective disinfectant that kills viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens while leaving your skin, as well as the environment, unharmed.

ADA Compliant

You might see the terms "ADA compliant" and "universal height", but not all toilets that have universal height are ADA compliant.

The ADA standards set by the Americans with Disabilities Act are designed to accommodate people of all abilities and ages as well as those with limited mobility or lower body strength. By incorporating these standards into their products, Toto ensures that their customers can get the bathroom experience they desire with the added benefit of being easy of use.

TOTO's ADA compliant toilets feature one-piece designs that instantly beautify any bathroom and provide a practical advantage over traditional two-piece models. By removing the gap between the bowl and the tank TOTO's single-piece designs facilitate cleaning by preventing the buildup of dirt and debris. TOTO's Eco UltraMax toilets also feature a high-efficiency flushing system that uses less water. They are water-efficient and consume 1.28 Gallons per Flush (GPF) or less.

One-Piece or Two-Piece Design

Many who have travelled to Japan speak of the ease and comfort of the Toto toilets they used while there. Toto toilets are Japanese brands that have an all-in-one design that combines the bowl and tank. They are easy to clean and can be placed into small spaces. They are also sturdy and last a long time.

The group Toto began in the early 1970s after members worked on sessions for a variety of famous musicians. Keyboardist David Paich, drummers Steve Lukather and Jeff Porcaro, and bassist Joseph Williams all had been regular contributors to albums of Steely Dan, [73] Seals and Crofts,[74] Boz Scaggs,[75], and Sonny and Cher and Sonny and Cher, among others.

A few of the band members have solo work. Vocalist Bobby Kimball released a album called From the Inside in 1978, guitarist Steve Lukather a second LP entitled Luke and keyboardists David Paich and Joe Porcaro recorded an album with jazz pianist Miles Davis.

In addition to their music, Toto has done a great deal of touring over the years. They released their 40th anniversary album Trips Around the Sun in February of this year, and embarked upon a world tour to promote the album.

TOTO's Total Design principle includes taking into consideration the requirements of people of all different ages. They have a range of Universal Height toilets and sinks that are easier for anyone to reach, including those who have limited mobility. The WASHLET+ line of bidets has completely changed the experience of using a toilet from wiping to a stream of water. Many people are turning to this more efficient option.

Noise Reduction

In the United States bathrooms are often located near bedrooms. Therefore toilets that are quiet are popular. And TOTO has found a way to achieve this with its Washlet, an electric bidet seat. TOTO's toilets are described as "magical" because they include a rimless basin which uses little water with an incredibly warm air spray that cleanses and dries the skin.

The humble toilet is highly regarded in Japan, which is an extremely proud country with a love for its technological advancements. These attributes are evident in the country's Toilet Museum which was inaugurated in 1999 and is designed to make people think differently about their bathroom habits. A poop-powered toilet motorcycle and other witty exhibits are intended to promote the message of the museum that TOTO products are not only efficient and environmentally friendly, but also sustainable.

The museum also displays the company's history of technological innovation, from the very first flush to the aeration technology that reduces waste by up to 90% and uses less water than traditional toilets. The Washlet is also on display in this area.  websites  uses a jet to clean and dry the user, while obscuring the sounds of the toilet with bird-like sounds.

Before forming Toto, members of the group including bassist David Hungate and drummer Jeff Porcaro, performed as session musicians on many albums of famous artists like Steely Dan, Seals and Crofts, Boz Scaggs, and Sonny and Cher. Keyboardist David Paich was a regular on sessions for artists like the Eagles, Larry Carlton, and Quincy Jones.

In the years that followed Toto's first album band was struggling to make a name for themselves and endured a series of member changes. In the end, Hungate left the band in 1980 to pursue a solo career in Nashville. He quit the band due to a lack time for his family, as well as an increase in addiction. In the end, the success of the band was dependent on the talent of Lukather and keyboardist Steve Porcaro.

Comfort

TOTO toilets have been designed with comfort in the forefront. This means they come with various features that make using the bathroom more enjoyable. For example, they have heated seats that help keep the user warm. To make it more convenient they also have automated lids that open and close. They also have self-cleaning systems which keep the toilets clean and fresh.

When shopping for a TOTO toilet it is crucial to know what to look for in. There are many models to choose from, therefore it is essential to choose one that has all the features you need. You will require the model number as well as the SKU of the toilet to do this. This information is available on the packaging or in the online description of the product.

Before the formation of Toto, members of the group did session work for various well-known musicians. Keyboardist David Paich, guitarist Steve Lukather, bassist David Hungate and drummer Jeff Porcaro were regular contributors to albums by Steely Dan, Seals and Crofts, Boz Scaggs, and Sonny and Cher. In 1980, they teamed up with singer/songwriter Joseph Williams to form Toto.

The band began to tour extensively after the release of Toto IV. In 1985, vocalist Fergie Frederiksen was dismissed because she reportedly had a hard getting along with the rest of the group. Toto released Fahrenheit in 1986, a year following the release of Fahrenheit.

The album was an innovative musical venture for the band, incorporating elements of gospel and jazz. The album was not an immediate success in North America but it did well in Japan. In 1987, Toto continued their tour and performed at the Montreux Jazz Festival. During this time, bassist David Hungate left the band to focus on his session and production career. He was replaced by guitarist/vocalist Steve Lukather.
